OK, well now I am back and staying on Newgrounds for good, and hopefully by the end of the year I'd of done submitted some new, better sounding audio.
I am also working on a Flash Game at the very moment, but not progressing on it a lot because of some errors, but I'll be sure to have it up sometime next year or the year next.

Right now I have all the time in the world again to be Online, no more stupid visits to the Hospital, Doctors, ex cetera. I'm better - For now, so I'm going to make use of that time being healthy-ish by working on some stuff for all of Newgrounds.

Now about the "UPDATE"...

I've updated my profiles on all the sites I am on, I've finally completed a few developments in various places such as my "<a FTERBIRTH>" project I was doing in Second Life -- At least done most of the basics, I'll be making some more things for it later on.
So far my life on Newgrounds has been very dead of late because of all my health problems in R/L, but I'm going to show my dedication for NG by creating (sometime) a Newgrounds Appreciation Flash.

Anyway, I'm just being totally random in this News Post aren't I? -- Well, just before I end this random post I shall post some links and a Progress Update on what I'm doing.
